Nope, people can join until the start of turn five.
kobo1d just extended turn one because it's easier to join at the start than it is to join after the game's already been going for a day, and he wanted to maximize new players.

Since we have a lot of players currently it would be helpful if when making a post to provide your nation's name. I know that at least for me it will take a few days before I am able to link all of the various players with the nations they control

I would volunteer but I have no idea how to make one.

Also, since we already have an IC and OOC thread; how about a "orders" thread, where only the orders would be written down, in some sort of standardized manner, for ease of use?

I like IC orders as much as everyone, but if we want to keep up, I think it would be a lot easier.

And we don't need a damn orders thread, guys, you're supposed to roleplay the damn orders. That's why they go in the IC thread.
