A long line of cavalry came out of the hills, soon followed by a cluster of tanks and supply vehicles. Seamus of Arabia watched his one surviving army. The air force hadn't been able to gather supplies in time and was surrounded before they could leave. While both the large infantry armies had been to ungainly to escape the grips of the Chinese army.

"Bring a radio, i have a message to deliver to the nations of this planet. We will offer our services and loose our souls for gold so we may one day return to fight again."

Seamus of Arabia is offering the use of his army in armed conflicts in return for golds and safe haven.

I'll now generate some turns, and find out what territories / what funds / what armies players should have at the end of turn 7. If nobody disputes this, we'll take this to be the starting point for Turn 8, and continue with the above phases clearly defined.

Tell me how much gold you had at the end of turn 7 (I.e. after you collected funds on turn 7, but before you bought any territory you gained in war) or I'll just set you to 0 and we'll continue on from that.
If there's an error regarding what territories you own or how many armies you have, speak up now, or I'll just roll with what's on the map.
I'll generate the GPT once the territories have been confirmed.

IRA - ORK
Ireland - Hargoth
Kriegsmark - Hargoth
Stanley - ORK and Hargoth.

JCU, you can't grab lands in Hargoth 'cause you didn't feckin' attack them.

Turn 7: Generating 5 gold, 2 of which has to pay for my military upkeep. Now Have: 3 gold, 2 armies, 5 territories, uranium.

If you think you can salvage this game, go for it. I never said the rules were perfect, but a starting point, and no one else stepped up to make any at the time. We typically try and make it as democratic is possible though, we try and run a poll for asking opinions on the big things (your phase rules, for example)

I've been ponderin' NG4 in my head at work and in class...we will learn from the mistakes of NG3 my friends...

Cool. Thanks so far guys; I'll update the map.
The game is certainly salvage-able. All we need is just a framework that says exactly what a player can do, and we'll just go at it from there.

The Panzers of the 183rd have been upgraded to Panzerkobras. The Panzerkobra is a Panzer who instead of having a main cannon they have a "gas cannon". The gas cannon acts similarly to a flamethrower but instead of flames it spews chemical gas that we call "Blister Gas"

You couldn't have taken 1, that's Hargoth territory.
This is an end-of-t7 map, before territory claims, Kaiser. Still, I'll up your army count by 1, and add 39 to your nation.

Btw: Consider turn 7 paused for now, while the rules get clarified, and the map gets updated.
