Getting to work on generating turn 3 now.

I'm going to assume this post by me is the start of turn 3, and this post by kob1ld will be used to resolve any disputes. However, that's obviously not an end-of-t3 post as it happened during t3, and it's not a start-of-t3 post as it shows me having 14g when I started with 0. So I'll mostly ignore it.
I'm also assuming ashran got 54, though it only makes a difference to territory count as 54 adds no gold.
