Yeah, so, I don't see myself as much of a leader and neither do you, I'm sure. The only reason I'm admin of this place is because I was the one to have the idea to make it.

Truth is, though, I don't really care for being top dog and I'm sure any of you could do a better job, which is mostly why I leave kobo1d in charge when I can. I just feel like I'm doing a horrible job.

Do you guys think I should step down as admin and give the pleasure to kobo1d - assuming he's willing?

I don't think you should step down entirely. I can fault you for being too busy in real life at the moment to obsess over a silly forum game.

Should I find myself in a similar situation, I would no doubt make the same decision, and choose life over Nation game. It's just for me, my job is part time and mindless, my classes this semester are easy, and my wife has quirky hobbies of her own to happily take up a lot of her time too.

I wouldn't reject the promotion, but I can certainly imagine that at an unspecified day in the future, I might feel the same way you do right now and "step down" myself.

Like Cherdenko said, even if you step down, I hope you will be sticking around as a Mod at least. We're going to need more than myself running this if our community doubles in size again for NG3, and especially if we ever have multiple games.

Life gets in the way, this is a fact of the internet. However, seeing you step down altogether is a bit much. If you want to leave Admin up to kobo1d, that's fine, but pretty much like everyone else, I'd say at least stay on as a mod. You've crafted something very nice with this community and we all appreciate it greatly.
